<Low Speed, High Torque> To use in gearless or low reduction ratio applications, it is necessary to output a higher torque than conventional motors. The μDD motor achieves five times the torque of traditional motors (for the same size). <Standard High-Precision Bearings> Since the motor shaft must directly bear the load, its rigidity must be high. The μDD motor addresses the conflicting demands of high-precision assembly and high load capacity by standardizing the use of angular bearings. <Equipped with High-Precision Positioning Sensors> By incorporating a high-resolution encoder in a compact design, it specializes in fine positioning. Additionally, using a driver compatible with high-precision sensors allows for highly responsive control. By utilizing high back-drivability for current monitoring (safety alarm function), it prevents motor burnout.

Ultra-compact AC servo motor that achieves small size, lightweight, and high torque.

The RSF supermini series, which incorporates a compact, lightweight, high-torque harmonic drive (R) for precision control, achieves a very high output torque relative to its external dimensions compared to a method that directly drives a high-capacity motor alone, realizing high torque. By combining it with a dedicated AC servo motor, it has achieved unprecedented miniaturization and weight reduction. The excellent positioning accuracy, characterized by the low backlash and superior positioning precision of the harmonic drive (R) for precision control, enables the realization of high-precision mechanisms. Stable control is achieved due to the high reduction ratio of the harmonic drive (R) for precision control, providing stable control against fluctuations in large load inertia moments. The developed servo motor has expanded the maximum rotational speed to 10,000 r/min for the motor alone, making it possible to broaden the operating range of the actuator.
